Amazing service and wonderful people! I’ve been bringing my car here for a few years now and they always perform their best work and are always polite when working with you! This is my number one place to bring my vehicle for work! Very satisfied and grateful for their service!

Up until June 26, 2026 I had no issues with GAT. I went in for an oil change and my car was damaged along with having an oil leak from the service. I live over an hour away and that oil leak could have cost an engine. Even though they made it right on 7-10, it’s the lack of acknowledgement from the beginning for me. Now I do understand trying to protect the business but some things are obvious. I see now they are taking photos of you car before, which is great in my opinion it protects both parties. One thing that was said yesterday, by Logan, is that the β€œowner” was there, ok so if the owner thought enough of his business to be there to oversee that work, why didn’t the β€œowner” have that same energy to come and apologize to me for what happened? Policies were changed behind that incident… also remember behind that incident, I was also majorly inconvenienced… luckily it wasn’t worse. You did correct the damage, also I always want GAT to remember something whether I decide to return or not, I never got out of character with you about it, not once, I had no reason too, when you’re not wrong, you don’t have to. Edit: The β€œowner” or someone from GAT did reach out via text to apologi

Took my Sons Car there on Monday was told should hear something later that day or Early Tuesday. Got a call Tuesday and asked for 500 dollar electric diagnostic instead of the 160 i was originally quoted. I reluctantly agreed. Called back later Tuesday was told they are working on. Tried to call Weds no answer. Went by there and magically she says she is working on my file once I say my name and why i am there. I asked to see car in shop was told it was blocked in. Then asked to speak to technician was told they are working on timing job so they couldn't talk. Asked to speak to Manager she says she is Manager. I instantly paid to get car back for electrical diagnostic that most likely never happened. Car was outside shop with all their junk cars. Was told electrical diagnostic took place on Tuesday but 1pm Wednesday hadn't heard anything and can't answer phone. Took to another shop got it back fixed same day IT WAS A FUSE! Now I dont believe this shop looked at it at all and thats infuriating

I originally left a review based on a scheduling issue that caused some frustration. However, I want to update this because the shop handled the situation professionally and went above and beyond afterward. There was a mix-up with my appointment that resulted in a delay, which was frustrating given that I travel about 1.5 hours from Missouri for service. That said, once everything was addressed, the team made a real effort to correct the situation. They provided a discount on the repair, covered my oil change, filled the tank, washed and cleaned the vehicle, and worked with me on pickup logistics so I wouldn’t be further delayed. More importantly, the repair itself was handled properly and transparently. The technician kept me informed, identified an issue before releasing the vehicle, and ensured everything was corrected the right way. The car is running noticeably better, and that’s ultimately what matters most. Mistakes can happen in any business β€” what defines a shop is how they respond. In this case, they stepped up and showed why I’ve trusted them with my Audi in the first place. Based on the quality of their work and the way they ultimately handled the situation, I would

I had to have my alternator changed on my bmw 320i and a new battery. My battery was under warranty and free to them. They charged me over 200 to put battery on. After that they said it needed to be tested on machine. I asked had they checked the alternator before putting it on the expensive machine and they advised me they had. After diagnosing the alternator (like I said) they charged me for it and proceeded to fix it. When I picked up my car the check engine light was on which had NEVER been on before. So over $2500 or more later my car was returned to me without being fully checked. Turns out they had left my O2 sensor unplugged which I discovered myself and after plugging it in my check engine light went off. It was a horrible experience!
